He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Harmon and Rhodie Ann Stevenson; his wife Mary Ann Harmon; and his siblings, Carrie Taylor, Emma Stevenson, Gloria Schoolfield, Harold Taylor, Leonard Harmon and Brandtly Harmon.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Harmon Gillette (Frank) of Newark Delaware and Clarence Ernest Harmon (Diane) of Snow Hill, Maryland; his siblings, Vernon Taylor of Salem and Mildred Milbourne of Parsley, Virginia; his grandchildren, Jarrett Gillette Harmon of Newark, Frank Gillette 3rd of Newark, MyEisha Gillette of Pocomoke and Christopher Harmon of Birdsnest, Virginia; his great grandchild Jaida Marie Harmon of Newark, Delaware; his son-in-law William Scarborough of Pocomoke, Maryland; and his friend Kathy Harmon of Birdsnest. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James United Methodist Church (1513 Colona Rd, Pocomoke City, MD 21851). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
