With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Ann Austin of Pomfret, Maryland, who passed away on February 28, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Laura Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Laura Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Laura Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Langley and Irma Langley. She is survived by: her children, Rick Austin (Heidi), Cindy Bass, Greg Austin (Kathy), Bev Van Bavel (Grant) and Kelly Willett (Keith); and her sister Margaret Waters. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-three and a half great grandchildren.
