He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Inez; his son Greg Cooksey (Arlene); and his great grandchild Noah Mashinski. He is survived by: his father Wilson Sr. Inez; his wife Elizabeth L. Huntt Cooksey (Betty); and his children, Warren A Cooksey Jr. (Karen) and Karen Austin (Thomas). He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
