He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Hamm and Pearl Johnson Hamm; his wife Joanne Virginia Hamm; his children, Ronald Lee Hamm and Janie Maxine Hamm; and his brother Ralph W. Hamm.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Franklin Hamm, Jr., Shelvia Louise Daniels, Brenda Carol Smith and P. A.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
