She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Hetrick and Thelma Manger Hetrick; her brother Teddy Hetrick; her sons-in-law, Kenneth Howell, Sr. and Mitchell Osani; her great grandchild Tiahna Howell; and her grandson Andrew Ferg.
She is survived by : her daughters, Stacie Sexton, Michele Nichols and Christina Smith (Brandon Kent); her grandchildren, Meghan Bishop (Robert), Jon Copeland, Kenneth Howell, Jr. (Natalie Ellwood), Dillon Howell (April Ray) and Nikole Osani; and her son P. A.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
