He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Johnson and Alice "June" Doss Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Joan Johnson; his children, Cody Johnson (Sarah) and Tiffany Taylor (Josh); his grandchildren, Dakota Taylor, Sawyer Taylor, Scout Taylor, Alice Johnson and Brooke Johnson; and his brothers, Jeff Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Mark Johnson.
