With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joanne Virginia Hamm of Port Deposit, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl West and Charlotte Tibbs West; and her children, Ronald Hamm and Janie Hamm. She is survived by: her husband Billy F. Hamm; her children, Billy Hamm, Jr. (Cara), Shelvia Daniels (Ronnie) and Brenda Smith; her siblings, Bobby West, Freda, Doris, Debbie, Erma and Glenna; and her son P. A.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
