He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Bisard. He is survived by: his mother Rusell Cason Glover; his children, Acacia Robinson and Robert Bisard, Jr.; and his granddaughter Amaria. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View Baptist Church (150 Downin Ln, Port Deposit, MD 21904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
