It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mason G Weems of Port Republic, Maryland, who passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mason may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mason touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Weems and Mattie Yoe Weems of Port Republic, Maryland.; his siblings, Gardner Weems (Violet), Robert Weems (Betty) and Rebecca Weems Angelella (Rocky); his nephews, Gordon Douglas Weems (Eileen) and Stuart Weems; and his great-niece Katherine Curran Martin (Rossow).
He is survived by: his nephew John Philip Weems (Pamela).
