He was predeceased by : his parents, Cassandra Parran Briscoe and James Thompson Briscoe III. He is survived by : his wife Holly Rogers Briscoe; his children, James Thompson Briscoe IV and Delaney Barbara Briscoe of Saint Leonard; and his siblings, Shannon Briscoe Campbell (David) and Crofton Briscoe (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews, and cousins.
