He is survived by : his mother Bessie Louise Maggard Hensley of Port Republic, MD; his former life partner Debbie White of Christiansburg, VA; his daughter Chrystal Hanson; his siblings, Paul Hensley, Hazel Alvey and Wanda Elliott; and his granddaughters, Grace Hanson, Jenny and Emily Mayle.
