He is survived by: his wife Linda Pilkerton; his children, Patrick Pilkerton II and Lisa Parker; his son-in-law Scotty Parker; his grandson Joseph Parker; and his siblings, Richard Pilkerton (Janice), Margaret Ready (Mark), Diane Ready and Pam Hooker. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Ignatius - Chapel (8855 Chapel Point Rd, Port Tobacco, MD 20677).
