She was predeceased by: her mother Judith Peters; and her uncle Fritz Barens. She is survived by: her father Charles Peters; her husband Cole Higgison; her aunt Stephanie Warshaw; and her cousins, Dr. Kimberly Parks, Sarah Erving and Holly Smith. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
