She was predeceased by: her son Peter J. Weiss; and her parents, Anne Henkin (Bluttal) and Leonard M. Henkin. She is survived by: her husband Donald H. Weiss; and her children, Evelyn Weiss Zawatsky (Marc) of Barrington and Richard A. Weiss (Tara) of McKinney. She is also survived by four grandsons, one granddaughter and one great grandson.
