It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick T. Daly (Potomac, Maryland), born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on July 12, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Anne Daly of Los Angeles and Fred Daly of Closter, NJ; his granddaughter Julia Daly; and also Mary Cushman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter office in honor of Frederick Daly.

“Mr. Daly was such a sweet man. My name is Monica Rodriguez and I was his mail carrier for about a year. During the summer Mr. Daly sat out back and listened for the rattle of my old truck. By the time I finished servicing the streets behind his home, he was heading to sit at the mailbox and await my arrival. I was seriously injured on the job and lost touch. My deepest condolences to your family. He was always on my mind.”
