It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iqbal Singh Kumar in Potomac, Maryland, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Iqbal's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Iqbal has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sunder Singh Kumar and Kaur Kumar. He is survived by: his son Dr. Manmohan Singh Kumar (Kiran Kaur Kumar); his sister Sukhpal Kaur Kooner; and his grandchildren, Prabhjot, Avneet, Nankee, Gurleen, Govindpal and Arjan.
