He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Lucille Buck and Ardin Chester Owens; and his brother William Owens. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J. Owens; and his sister Gwen Owens. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 7 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pumphrey's Colonial Funeral Home (300 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD 20850). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church (9200 Kentsdale Dr, Potomac, MD 20854).
