With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean (Twigg) Davis O'Neal of Potomac, Maryland, who passed away on February 17, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Twigg and Goldie Twigg (Sweitzer); her brother Jerry Twigg; her son Gary Allan Davis; her former husband Grant Davis; William O'Neal.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sister Janis Taylor; her children, Danny Davis (Bronwyn), Pam Hughes (Rick) and Grant Davis (Leslie); her grandchildren, Chelsea Davis, Sophie Davis (Bryan), Jake Hughes (Meghan), Rachel Hughes (Desmond), JaDon Bell, Jill Glass (Garrett), Jessie Milson (Kyle), Ryan Johnson (Katie) and Reilly Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma Twigg and Norita Bridges. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, her 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bowling Green and Cresaptown VFD's or the Ali Ghan Shrine Club.
