He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Fuller and Constance B. Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Moira Hastings Fuller; his cousin Henry Weld Fuller of Baddeck; his wife's children, Suzanne Caron of Augusta and Jonathan Buttrick of Woonsocket; his stepchildren, Diane Hastings (Frank Panopoulos), Linda Frost (Clifford) and Thomas Hastings (Karen) of Rochester; and his brother Randolph J. Fuller (Fuller) of Boston. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
The Milspeak Foundation included it in a 1999 anthology of the best military-themed short stories published that year.
