He is survived by: his wife Mary Polutchko (Mills); his children, Robert (Kathleen Polutchko), Diane Polutchko, Carol (Daniel Vernon) and Karla Brown; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Polutchko (Jessica), Thomas Polutchko, Connor, Andrew Vernon, Jacob, Timothy, Katarina Brown and Mitchell Polutchko.
