He was predeceased by: his wife Laure Virginia Twyman (Dove); his son Roosevelt W. Twyman; his granddaughter Robin Moore; and his mother Mary Anne Twyman Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Bethesda United Methodist Church (10100 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Parklawn Memorial Park (12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
