Oswald of Potomac, Maryland, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Oswald and Anny Oswald; his former wife Mary Ellen Oswald; and his brother Charles Oswald. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Stephen Oswald (Mary), Mary Foley (Kyle), Kathleen Vaught (Bob) and Julie Medich (Bill); and his grandchildren, Liz Marten (David), Bill Oswald (Kathleen), Tim Oswald (Christine), Kate Vaught, Robert Vaught, Will Vaught, Megan Foley, Matthew Foley, Claire Foley, Lauren Medich and Emily Medich. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
