She was predeceased by: her brother Jeffrey Swartz; and her parents, Raye Swartz and Arthur Swartz. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Perry Hookman; her children, Heidi Brodsky (Michael), Alexa, Claire, Jillian, Shari Berger (Kenny), Mark, Ava and Wendy Hookman (Tony Vassa); her grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew and Olivia; her daughter Aimee Robins (Brian); her grandchildren, Brandon and Devin; her brother Charles Swartz; her sister-in-law Paula Swartz of Richmond, Virginia; and her uncle Dr. Alvin Zfass of Richmond, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
