He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Reed Jr. and Octavia Eisinger Reed; his grandparents, Leonor and Walter G. Eisinger Sr.; his brother Bill Webb Jr.; and his son William T. "Rex" Reed IV.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ottilie Ebert and Nancy Reed; his mother-in-law Winifred A. Vycital; his wife Winifred V. Reed; his daughters, Laura Bivans (David) of Darnestown, MD. and Winifred "Ann" Wolven (Greg) of Burkeville, VA.; his daughter-in-law Denise Magner Reed of North Potomac, MD.; his grandchildren, Margaret Fogle (Nick) of Frederick, MD., Christopher Wolven of Charleston, S. C., Katie Meyer (Billy) of Fishers, IN., Thomas Bivans of Fessenden, N. D., Liam Reed of North Potomac, MD. and Clare Reed of North Potomac, MD.; his great grandchildren, Caroline Fogle of Frederick, MD. and Henry A. Meyer of Fishers, IN.; his sister Nancy Nullmeyer of Washington, D. C.; his nephew John Nullmeyer (Donny); and his niece Susan Long (Brad).
