He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Foster of Easton and Erin Carroll of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Burns (Matt), Georgia Foster and Carolina "Bay" Foster; his great grandchild Eleanor Myrick; his siblings, Vicky Jester (Timmy) and Darrin Carroll (Lisa); his brother-in-law Wayne Carels; his close friend Debra Willey; and his pet Baby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
