She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Prchal and Genevieve Prchal (Young); and her sister Darlene Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband Dorsey Blades; her children, Annette Hinnershitz (Bruce), Kevin Blades (Christine) and Gary Blades (Chastity); her grandchildren, Kristen Stiles, Meredith Griffith, Josh Blades, Brooke Blades, Dalton Blades and Kara Semans; her great grandchildren, Rory, Adley, Haiden, Jackson and Brody; her sisters, Norma Jo Dukes and Dena Collins; and her siblings-in-law, Robert and Emily Blades.
