He is survived by: his daughters, Lindsey Worm, Nichole Cheezum (Bryan) and Katie Frase (Drew); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jase, Brooklyn, Ellie and Jack; his parents-in-law, Jack and Delores Waldis; and his siblings, Tina-Marie Brown (Danny) and J. T. Worm (Shelly).
