He was predeceased by: his parents, Rembert Jerome Lewis and Virginia Fluharty Lewis; and his brother Jerome Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Robin Lewis; his children, Roger Lewis, Amanda Robison (Ricky), Douglas Higgs (Logan), Joseph Meeks (Kristen) and Cory Meeks (Katie); his grandchildren, Livia, Liam, Brianna, Kaitlyn, Jaidyn, Lewis, Larkin, Delaney, Kamryn, Jordyn, Reagyn, Rhett, Eva and Ellie; and his brother Ronald Lewis (Lynn).
