He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Dulin and Sherry Stoker; his children-in-law, Stacy Dulin and Joe Stoker; his grandchildren, Jordan Rush Sanford, Jacob Rush Sanford, Matthew Dulin, Tanner Stoker, Garrett Stoker and Bonnie Stoker; his great grandchildren, Diana Joan Dulin and Maeve Lynn Stoker; and his siblings, Eddie Rush (Linda), Nancy Rush Cavey and David Rush.
