She was predeceased by: her parents, Suzanne Bowen (Latimer) and John Benson Bowen Jr.; her grandparents, John Benson Bowen Sr. and Virginia Hudson Bowen; Suzanne Latimer and John Benson Bowen Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Elizabeth Baxter; her son-in-law Michael of Dunkirk; her grandchildren, Kayla, Michael Jr., Sienna, Landon, Paisley and Camryn; her siblings, Monica Bowen Kilsheimer of Annapolis and John Benson Bowen III of St. Leonard; and her siblings' children, Casey Kilsheimer, Brandon Kilsheimer, Kaatie Bowen and Bethany Bowen.
