She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence and Mary B. Shifflet (Fincham); her husband Dillard Campbell, Sr.; and her grandson Dillard Campbell III. She is survived by: her children, Debra Dean (Mike) of Hampstead, NC, Joseph Campbell of Prince Frederick, Dillard Campbell Jr. (Lorraine) of Prince Frederick, Jerry Campbell (Brandy) of Prince Frederick and Linda Madison (Steve) of Kilgore, TX. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
