She is survived by: her children, Thomas Rawlings III (Wendy) of Prince Frederick, MD and Lonnie Lynette Voegtli (Ono) of Elkridge, MD; her grandchildren, Timothy Rawlings (Grace), Justin Rawlings, Nathalie Voegtli and Thomas Voegtli; and her brother Arthur Hammett (Virginia) of Prince Frederick.
