He is survived by: his wife Julie Ryan Campbell; his children, Caitlin Healy (Chris Parsons), Erin Levine (Keith) and Ian; his grandchildren, Kevin Healy-Parsons and Sophia Levine; his sisters, Cynthia Sullivan and Patricia Campbell; and his brother-in-law Tayloe Negus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
