Sylvia Bowen Wood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2023, at the age of 73, Sylvia Bowen Wood of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Lawrence Bowen and Alma Turner Bowen; her husband James Edward Wood, Sr.; and her sisters, Dorothy Bowen and Cathy Carroll.
She is survived by: her son James Edward Wood, Jr. (Beth); her grandchildren, Timothy Edward and Emily Morgan Wood; her siblings, Teresa Denton (Bunky), Larry Bowen (Judy), Anne Weems and Sharon Godfrey (John); and her brother-in-law Wayne Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
