He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otto and Natalie Grace Wagner Otto. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Otto of Princess Anne and Vera Tyler (Danny) of Crisfield; his siblings' children, Ryan West (McKenzie) of Bethany Beach, DE, Christen Leigh Tyler of Rock Hill, SC, Carl William Tyler (Lindsay) of Marion and Charles Danny Tyler of Crisfield; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danielle Burke, Owen Monroe, Carly Grace Tyler and Kie Samuel Tyler; his cousins, Ruth Ann McGee (Rick) of Pocomoke, Susan Gilbert (Quentin) of Fredericksburg, VA and Mary Lou Watson (Rick) of Greer, SC.; Leilani Littleton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hinman Funeral Home (11673 Somerset Ave, Princess Anne, MD 21853). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Allen United Methodist Church Cemetery (26679 Collins Wharf Rd, Allen, MD 21810).
