He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Taylor and Rose Mears Taylor; and his brothers, Stanley Taylor, Jr. (Shirley), George Philip Taylor and Frankie Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Frances Bell Taylor of Princess Anne; his daughters, Vicki Rae Jansen of Princess Anne and Melissa Christine Dukes (Rodney) of Laurel, DE; his sisters, Rose McCartan (Lee) of Corapolis, PA and Nancy Lee Lewis (Terry) of Beaufort, NC; his granddaughters, Jennifer Parks of Princess Anne, Barbara Taylor Davis (Matt) of Marion, Jessica Swift (Patrick) of Crisfield and Stephanie Dukes Kilgore (Jeremy) of Milford, DE; and his sister-in-law Hester Ann Taylor of Girdletree. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
