She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Holbrook and Estella Robinson Holbrook; her nephew Melvin Armwood; her husband William James II (Billy); and her sisters, Ernestine Armwood (Roger Armwood) and Hallie Holbrook.
She is survived by : her daughters, Beverly Holbrook and Frances Roche; her grandchildren, Stuart Roche (Jamilla) and Andrea Broadway (Frank); her great grandchildren, Aleisha, Delonte, Anthony, Domonique, Aubyn, Deja, Brianna and Brandon; her great great grandchildren, Nyoami, Cassidy, Alaya and William III; her sister Emma Holbrook of Hyattsville, Maryland; her nieces and nephews, Ernestine Cappaninee of Stanford, Ellen Laughlin of Temple Hills, Jennifer Wright of Venton, Maryland, Shelby Ebanks of Hyattsville and Jeffery Wright of Venton; and her great-nephews, Harry Laughlin of Temple Hills, Barry Williams of Brandywine and Brian Williams of Silver Spring, Maryland.. She is also survived by her many cousins and friends.
