He is survived by : his children, Stephen L. White, Jr. (Betsy) of Parsonsburg, MD, Rebecca A. France (Mark Lumb) of Houston, TX, Thomas P. White of Salisbury, MD., Lisa K. Bowne of Salisbury, MD. and Tina L. White of Salisbury, MD.; his grandchildren, Ashley Marie White, Jamie Fisher, Samantha Harpool, Jonathan Thomas Travis, Michael Travis, Talane Bowne and Tyler Bowne; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Brooklyn, Danielle, Summer, Roxanne, Hannah, Daniel, Alexis Malone, Tucker Coffin, Aubrey Coffin, Abby, Riley Fisher, Dylan, Alyssa Harpool and River Amour.
He was born in Salisbury on November 28, 1929, he was the son of the late Perry and Anna (Parkinson) White.
