With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Sidney Twilley (Quantico, Maryland), who passed away on October 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Twilley and Martha Twilley. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hearne Twilley; his brother Ralph Twilley; his sister-in-law Lorrie; his niece Alyssa Haldeman (Scott); and his nephew Christopher Twilley (Alina). He is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
