It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Lee Gibson of Queen Anne, Maryland, who passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Austin Gibson and Mary Margaret DeFord Gibson; his wife Rachel J. Gibson; and his siblings, C. Faye Connolly and Jacob A. "Sonny" Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Gayle G. Carrick (Wayne) of Centreville, MD, Lee S. Gibson of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Donald J. Gibson (Georgiann) of Queenstown, MD; his granddaughter Amanda Lynn Wise (Kyle) of Baltimore; his great grandchildren, Landon, Jack and Beckham; and his siblings, Malcolm G. "Mack" Gibson (Doris) of Easton and Mary Lou Winstead of Ridgely, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
