She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Cooper (Bill) and Joanne Margaret Turner Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Humpleby of Queen Anne; her siblings, Debra L. Parks (Don) of Gloucester, VA and William C. Cooper, Jr.; her stepchildren, Amanda of Ohio, Brandon of Ohio and Joshua of Ohio; her nephew Joey Cooper of Hillsboro; her great-nephew William C. "Beau" Cooper III; her great-niece Willow Cooper; her nephew Andrew Brown (Nicole); her great-nephews, Noah Brown and Tyler Brown; her niece Amanda Lynn Symonds (Mike); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Symonds and Carter Symonds; and her pet Drake.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hillsboro-Queen Anne United Methodist Church (21991 Main St, Hillsboro, MD 21657).
