He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Berry Parker and Gloria Camilla Long. He is survived by: his close friend Colleen Woods; his children, Travis, Jasmine, Jeanine, Jada, Daron, Jennica, Makaila, Malik, Kayla, Jae, Jermaine, Jaire, Kobe, Jordan, Collinda and Colleena; his grandchildren, Jaylen, Chanel, Chloe, Journee, Amara and Juliette; and his siblings, Brenda Terry (John), Jacqueline L Sneed, Willie Mae Mayes, Boston, Odessa Louise White, Lisa Ramey, DC (Marvin) of Washington, Sharon Long-Coates (David), Michael Long (Mary) of Chesapeake, Antonio Long of Fairfax, William Long (Sonja), Ernest McCoy Parker (Grace), Richard McKinley Parker (Lucy) and Bernard Parker (Paula). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In light of the global pandemic, the service will be held privately for immediate family.
