He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ovenia Vaughan Moss, John, Thomas, David Moss and Jean Solomon.
He is survived by: his wife E. Jean King-Moss (Jeanie); his siblings, Virginia and Clyde James Moss (LaVerne); his daughters, Deidre Roberts of York, Pennsylvania and Erin Roberts (Derrick) of Randallstown, Maryland; his grandchildren, Dae Roberts (DJ), Elisa and Elaina Womble; his siblings, Kenneth Moss, Jacqueline Moss of Richmond and Claudia Clemmons of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; and his cousins, Williams of Baltimore, Joseph Medley of Litchfield, Arizona and Tim Bradley of Randallstown, MD.. He is also survived by 3 brothers-in-law, and 5 sisters-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews.
