He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ramsey and Agnes Rachel Davy (Plum). He is survived by: his children, Brad Ramsey of McCoole, MD and Kelli Ramsey of Bloomington, MD; his grandchildren, Cole Ramsey, Emmitt Dawson and Saylor Windle; his siblings, Angel Alt (Brian) of New Creek, WV. and Dan McGinnis of Rawlings; his aunts, Rose McGinnis of Rawlings and Helen Plum of Tunnelton, WV; and his uncle Arnie Wiles of Kingwood, WV.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (32 N Davis St, Keyser, WV 26726). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
