He is survived by: his children, Brad Ramsey of McCoole, MD and Kelli Ramsey of Bloomington, MD; his grandchildren, Cole Ramsey, Emmitt Dawson and Saylor Windle; his siblings, Angel Alt (Brian) of New Creek, WV. and Dan McGinnis of Rawlings; his aunts, Rose McGinnis of Rawlings and Helen Plum of Tunnelton, WV; and his uncle Arnie Wiles of Kingwood, WV.
