He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosella Hendrickson (Spiker) and Kenneth Gates (Edward Hendrickson). He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Hendrickson (Knight) of Rawlings; his children, Dana (Tim Haines) of Cumberland and Aaron Hendrickson of Potomac Park; his siblings, Sharon Gregory (Warren) of Cumberland, Debra Cowgill (Dwight) of Ridgeley, WV and Edward Hendrickson (Skip) of Cresaptown; and his great-nephew Brandon McRobie of Cumberland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
