She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank George and Agnes Irene Davis; and her brother Frank George Davis. She is survived by: her husband Welbey Woodrow Mullen; her children, Welbey Mullen (Tammy), David Mullen, Steven Mullen (Kim), Brenda LaPrade (Michael) and Jamie Brant (Robert); and her siblings, Katherine O'Kelly, James Davis (Pat) and Helen Mason. She is also survived by grandchildren; ten, great-grandchildren; seven, step grandchildren; eleven, step great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). Viewing was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
