It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Noonan of Reisterstown, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wesley and Dorothy Elizabeth Reed Wade; and her son Scott Michael Noonan. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" J. Noonan, III; her daughters, Jessica Schill (John) of Reisterstown, MD and Amber Harbaugh (Kevin) of Hampstead, MD; her brother William Wesley Wade, Jr. of Hanover, PA; and her grandchildren, John II, Jordan, Jesalyn, Summer and Skylar.
