He is survived by: his children, Anna Bluvstein (Vadim), Max Kaplan (Sara Gault) and Ninel Andreeva (Sergey); his brother Theodor Kaplan; his grandchildren, Sergey (Yelena), Nikolai, Sofie (Conor), Julia, Rachel and Debbie; his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Yevgenii and William; his sibling's children, Anna Nemirovsky (Sergey) and Sergey Kaplan; and his former wife Liya Slobodsky.
