She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Lucille. She is survived by: her husband Louis Victor Manno; her children, Victoria A. Thanner (John G.) of Bel Air, MD, Cynthia L. Starr (Daniel W.) of Reisterstown and Louis D. Manno of Reisterstown, MD; her grandchildren, Kristie M. Tinney (Chris) and Louis (Elizabeth); her stepgrandson Daniel A.; her sister Mary Merwitz; Betty G. Manno, Michael G. Thanner, Nicole E. Davis (Dylan) and Jessica Starr. She is also survived by many nieces and cousins.

Visitation will be held at Eline Funeral Home, Reisterstown, MD on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 2-4 & 6-8 PM. (Mask and Social Distancing Required).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Joan's name to Carroll Feral Cat Care or to Sacred Heart of Glyndon.
