He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Blackwell and Bill Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Tina Blackwell; his daughters, Melissa Blackwell (Andrew Marsh) and Rachael Berman (Chad); and his grandchildren, Theo Marsh, Brody Berman, Liam Berman and Nolan Berman.
